Your Quality, our commitment
Our Crackers and Stacked Chips plants got the AIB certification in December 2016. For Aline MAYSSE, Quality Health Safety Environment and Ethics Manager, “it represents an additional guarantee of our seriousness for our partners and consumers.”
Indeed, the AIB certification (American Institute of Baking), obtained after a strict audit proves once more our ability to control risks all along the production process, from the entering raw materials to the release of final products. It also demonstrates the awareness and empowerment of our collaborators on site.
All our industrial sites are already certified IFS Food at the highest level. Two of them obtained the BRC Food certification with A level some years ago.
Europe Snacks is also delighted to bring a further recognition to its QHSEE Politic, proof of its excellence research at all levels.
About IFS and BRC certifications
IFS (International Featured Standards) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) certifications are audit matrix set up by the retailing sector and led by external institutions. Their common goal is to provide food safety by monitoring the quality level of private labels products manufacturers. In the beginning, those certifications were created in order to guarantee healthy products for consumers, safety ones for retailers and meet regulatory requirements established by the European Community.
