Europe Snacks is going to send its peanut twisted corn snacks flying. The Saint-Denis-la-Chevasse company has just closed a deal with Air France
Peanut twisted corn snacks will be packaged in 15g bags
Welcome on board the Air France flight, Europe Snacks! The firm from Saint-Denis-la-Chevasse has just signed a two-year contract with the airline company. In its luggage, its peanut twisted corn snacks. “We offered them several of our recipes”, says Florence Garreau, Marketing and Development Director. “This is the one that caught their attention”.
Since mid-May, Europe Snacks’ production lines have been putting wings on their savoury biscuits.. “We had to invest a little money and adapt our production linesin order to be able to fill small fifteen gramme packets .” These little bags will be served on meal trays or as a snack with a drink. Millions of bags should take to the sky. “That’s the potential demand from Air France”, calculates Florence Garreau.
This new contract confirms the determination of company from the Vendée to gain a foothold new markets. “Of course we want to continue to develop our core business, the FMCG market in France,” says Florence Garreau. “But we also want to diversify into other distribution channels, such as outdoor eating and catering”.

With Air France the Dionysian company is hovering over a known “client”.More than financial spin-offs – “We will have to wait a while to find out what impact this will have on turnover” – it’s that image that Europe Snacks yearns for. “We promote the company and our know-how during exhibitions, to prospective buyers,” she continues. The fact of being able to put on our business card “Official supplier of savoury snacks to Air France” constitutes a good shop window for us.”
