This is represented by Christophe FENART (Chief Executive Officer), Nicolas EYMEOUD (Managing Director), Marie-Christine PRÉAULT (Financial and Administrative Director), Jean- Louis ROGER (Industrial Director), François GONON (Commercial Director), Florence GARREAU (Development & Marketing Director) and Arnaud CORLOSQUET (Director of Human Resources).
He started his career in the Danone group (Alsace Biscuits division, Belin and LU), before joining Yoplait, then having a 3-year affair with the food-processing industry and being in charge of launching a women’s underwear range under the Well brand name. In 2005 Christophe Fenart joined Marie’s Sales and Marketing management team with the goal of relaunching the brand on the fresh and frozen goods market. That success allowed him, 2 years later, to take over Marie’s General management, then all of its business before steering its incorporation into the LDC Group.

Nicolas EYMÉOUD, 47 years of age: following more than 20 years of experience in the management of food producing companies, he recently joined Europe Snacks as General Manager.
After working in R&D (Jacob’s GB), Sales (Belin), the Industrial Sector (Senoble, Harry’s, Marie) then as Managing Director (La Toque Angevine LDC Group), he has had the opportunity to get to know the different jobs making up a food production company.

It is the excellence of each of the company’s workers that will make it possible to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers and our consumer.”
François GONON, 52 years of age, joined Europe Snacks in 2010 to take over Sales and Marketing Management.
His job is to determine commercial policy, to implement this by organizing teams and to follow and manage growth by referencing new products for French distribution and by developing the business outside France.
Because the corporation is in competition with multinational groups with both national brands and private labels, the company’s development on the international market is the current focus.

Jean-Louis ROGER, 49 years of age, Director of operations since 2004: He manages four production plants, the Quality, Purchase and Supply department and also an IMMEQUIP engineering company, making a total of 350 members of staff.
Having worked for Europe Snacks for 18 years, he has contributed to the significant increase in turnover (from 12M to 95M €) by developing the manufacturing base, since the company increased from 1 site to 4 industrial sites, all higher level IFS certified, and 2 higher level BRC certified.
During his professional career, in 2006 he received 2 years of training enabling him to obtain the equivalent of a Master’s Degree in Company Management and Strategic Management, thus helping him to progress within the group.
Previously he worked for 9 years in the animal food industry, and in particular the pet food sector. He held various positions, including Methods and Process Engineer, Quality Manager and Quality Control Manager.”

Marie-Christine PRÉAULT, 46 years of age, Financial and Administrative Director since 2010: She manages the Accounts, Management Control, IT and Human Resources departments.
She joined the group 15 years ago as chief accountant and helped the company to grow and develop by implementing effective management tools making it possible to monitor the financial situation closely and accurately.

Florence GARREAU, 37 years of age, Development and Marketing Director since 2014: After more than 10 years of marketing experience in several food production companies (Danone, Ferrero, Marie), she joined Europe Snacks in February 2014 as Development and Marketing Director. She oversees the Marketing, Research & Development and Packaging departments.
Since innovation is one of the main growth levers, the role of the Development department is key at Europe Snacks: it includes creating new products and revamping existing ranges, meeting consumer and customer expectations to the best of our ability.

Arnaud CORLOSQUET, 39 years of age, started his career in England on a pharmaceutical site where he worked for 2 years. Then, he came back France to work for 3 years on developing skills, remuneration and management control on a European-wide scale.
Back on industrials sites from 2005, his aim was to combine Lean deployment with quality of life at work.
“After 15 years in the pharmaceutical and food industry as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director of industrial plants, I joined Europe Snacks in 2016 in order to provide a HR policy that would support the company’s strategy aimed at operational excellence.”
