Objectives:
- Development of a new range of maize products.
- Development of a range of ‘Extra crispy style’ potato crisps.
- Development of a range of snacks for children.
- Development of a rapid method for semi-quantitative measurement of acrylamide by ATR.
- Development of a FACTORY 4.0 model.
